Anthony Kinn
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Anthony Kinn serves as the Chief Operating Officer of TableOne, a role he has held since 2023. He oversees the company’s restaurant portfolio and operational strategy, guiding brand development, service excellence, and organizational performance. Anthony’s leadership is instrumental in shaping TableOne’s growth trajectory and strengthening the company’s operational foundation.
With more than 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality and multi-unit restaurant leadership, Anthony brings a deep understanding of culinary-driven operations and high-touch guest experiences. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, his career began in the kitchen and evolved into executive roles that merge culinary insight with disciplined operational management.
Anthony’s foundational years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts include contributing to the Forbes Four-Star achievement at the Scottsdale resort and supporting major new openings in Vail, Denver, and San Francisco. He later advanced through leadership roles at Wit & Wisdom and PABU Izakaya located at Four Seasons Baltimore. He eventually moved to San Francisco with MINA Group as the opening GM at acclaimed PABU Izakaya & The Ramen Bar the financial district. Over time Anthony become area Director of Operations and then Vice President of Operations, overseeing Michelin-starred concepts and large-scale development initiatives.
Before joining TableOne, Anthony served as Chief Operating Officer of MINA Group, where he led the company’s strategic operations, brand evolution, and performance optimization across the owned company division and several key partnership properties.
Originally from Pennsylvania and an avid Philadelphia sports fan, Anthony enjoys traveling with his wife, Daniella, exploring culinary destinations, and staying connected to the evolving hospitality landscape.
