Amber Lancaster
VP OF CULINARY
Chef Amber Lancaster brings more than twenty years of global culinary expertise to her role as Vice President of Culinary at TableOne Hospitality. A Tucson native with an abiding passion for cooking, she launched her career at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale before earning the prestigious Le Grand Diplôme at the program’s historic Paris campus.
Her formative years abroad included roles at several Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe. Drawn to Chicago’s boundary-pushing dining scene, she relocated to the city in 2011 to train in molecular gastronomy at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Alinea under visionary chef Grant Achatz. While honing her craft as a private chef, she simultaneously completed a BA in French and Communications at Loyola University Chicago, including a semester at the university’s John Felice Rome Center in Italy.
Throughout her career, Chef Amber Lancaster has led high-performing teams with a signature blend of creativity, precision, and inclusive, collaborative leadership.
Today, at TableOne Hospitality, she draws on this rich, multifaceted background to shape thoughtful, experience-driven cuisine and mentor talent that embodies both technical mastery and a deep, authentic commitment to hospitality.
