An accomplished culinarian, Chef Amber Lancaster joins the TableOne team with an impressive resume spanning over a decade of experience across Paris, Chicago, London, New Jersey, and Boston.

Amber’s expertise includes leadership roles as Executive Chef of Sable Kitchen & Bar at Kimpton Chicago Hotel Palomar, SOHO House Chicago, Aparium Hotel Group (and more!) and most recently, as Culinary Director for The ‘Quin House in Boston.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Amber is also an Associate Board Member for The Trotter Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educate and mentor the next generation of culinary talent.
