Adreena Martin is a seasoned Executive Leader and Human Resources professional with more than 34 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including over six years with Highgate Hotels. Prior to joining TableOne, Adreena spent 28 years with Hyatt Hotels, where she held progressive leadership roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Adreena brings a deep and comprehensive expertise to TableOne, spanning employee engagement, policy and procedure development, project management, process improvement, DEI initiatives, payroll and benefits administration, international recruiting, and employee retention strategies. She is widely recognized for fostering organizational growth, driving innovation, and elevating HR operational excellence.

Outside of work, Adreena loves spending time with her family and traveling the world—often finding relaxation on a sunny beach with her toes in the sand.
